Caramelized Balsamic Brussels Sprouts is sweet, salty and a tad bit spicy. It is ready within 10 mins and is a great accompaniment to pasta, noodles, Buddha bowl, with rice or better still, on its own as a snack or an appetizer @sarchakra

COOK TIME: 10 mins
YIELDS: Serves 2
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts 1 package
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 2 tsp, crushed
- Garlic 2 cloves, grated
- Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil. Add Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for a few minutes till it starts to caramelize.
- Add garlic and stir.
- Stir in honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Mix to combine. Serve immediately.
