Caramelized Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Caramelized Balsamic Brussels Sprouts is sweet, salty and a tad bit spicy. It is ready within 10 mins and is a great accompaniment to pasta, noodles, Buddha bowl, with rice or better still, on its own as a snack or an appetizer @sarchakra

COOK TIME: 10 mins

YIELDS: Serves 2

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts 1 package
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tsp, crushed
  • Garlic 2 cloves, grated
  • Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil. Add Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for a few minutes till it starts to caramelize.
  • Add garlic and stir.
  • Stir in honey and balsamic vinegar.
  • Mix to combine. Serve immediately.
