This is a simple fruit salad. Less is more here. You do not need a whole amount of flavoring. Some lime and mint with a touch of white pepper is enough. Use any juicy citrusy fruits you have. I love to serve this salad with Fish Tacos. It’s a perfect accompaniment to spicy food and that savory mint is not only refreshing, it is also equally good for digestion after a heavy meal. Ingredients
- Oranges, 2 cut
- Mango 1, chopped
- Blueberries a small handful
- Strawberries 2-3, chopped
- Lime zest 1 tsp
- Lime juice 1 tbsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Mint 2 tsp, freshly chopped
