Fruit Salad

This is a simple fruit salad. Less is more here. You do not need a whole amount of flavoring. Some lime and mint with a touch of white pepper is enough. Use any juicy citrusy fruits you have. I love to serve this salad with Fish Tacos. It’s a perfect accompaniment to spicy food and that savory mint is not only refreshing, it is also equally good for digestion after a heavy meal. The lime zest and the freshly squeezed lime juice wakes up your taste buds and brings out the flavors of the different fruits @sarchakra

Ingredients

  • Oranges, 2 cut
  • Mango 1, chopped
  • Blueberries a small handful
  • Strawberries 2-3, chopped
  • Lime zest 1 tsp
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Mint 2 tsp, freshly chopped

Method

Mix all the ingredients of the fruit salad.
