Buddha Bowl

A Buddha bowl with crispy tofu, cauliflower steaks, sweet potatoes and a ton of vegetables on a bed of basmati rice is not only healthy, it is equally delicious. Part of this recipe is made with the Ninja Foodie. I’ve added a couple of links to the recipes. The cauliflower steaks can most definitely be cooked in the air fryer too. This recipe does require some prep and time compared to most of my other recipes but once you get started it is not that hard honestly, you gotta trust me. It is so delicious, you’d want to make it again and again. This is a great way to eat more veggies and incorporate healthy eating habits into your daily life. Serve this Buddha Bowl with the 4 ingredient dressing or eat as is @sarchakra
