This is a super healthy and quick recipe. Eat it hot or cold. The guava salad is refreshing and light. @sarchakra

Ingredients
- Whole wheat wraps 3
- Red bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper 1
- Baby spinach a handful
- Mozzarella slices, ½ cup
- Cheddar 3 tbsp, grated
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Basil 1 tbsp, chopped
- Sour cream 3 tbsp
- Salt
- Parsley 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Onion flakes 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Olive oil for brushing
Method
- Mix together: sour cream, garlic powder, onion flakes, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
- Spread the sour cream mixture on the wraps. Top with mozzarella, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, spinach and grated cheddar.
- Roll the wraps tightly and place on the panini press. Brush with olive oil. Cook till the cheese melts. Cut into halves. Serve with tangy guava salad.
Guava (amrood) Salad
Ingredients
- Gauvas 4-5 small
- Lime juice ½ a lime
- Salt
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Coriander flowers for garnish
Method
- Peel the skin off the guavas and cut into cubes. Place in a bowl. Add salt, lime juice, coriander powder and stir.
- Sprinkle with red chili flakes, coriander leaves and coriander flowers.
