Radish Salad

Baby radish is juicy, crispy and mild. They taste delicious raw or roasted. With its bright pink skin and white flesh they look like art on a plate too. My favorite way of eating radish is raw, as a fresh salad @sarchakra

Ingredients

  • Baby Radish a bunch
  • Avocado oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tsp
  • Rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 2 tsp

Method

  • In a small bowl combine avocado oil, garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix and keep aside.
  • Cut the radish in circles using a sharp knife or mandolin slicer.
  • Pour the dressing on top. Let it sit for 5-10 mins. Serve.
