Baby radish is juicy, crispy and mild. They taste delicious raw or roasted. With its bright pink skin and white flesh they look like art on a plate too. My favorite way of eating radish is raw, as a fresh salad @sarchakra

Ingredients
- Baby Radish a bunch
- Avocado oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder 2 tsp
- Rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 2 tsp
Method
- In a small bowl combine avocado oil, garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix and keep aside.
- Cut the radish in circles using a sharp knife or mandolin slicer.
- Pour the dressing on top. Let it sit for 5-10 mins. Serve.
