Ingredients
- Corn on the cob 4
- Mustard oil 2 tbsp
- Paprika 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Coriander leaf 1 tbsp, chopped
Method
- Heat mustard oil in a cast iron pan. Put the corn cobs in the pan.
- Roast the corn turning intermittently till all the kernels have changed colour and turn black and burnt. Brush with a little more oil if needed to give that golden hue.
- Put corn on a serving plate. Sprinkle with paprika powder, lime juice, salt. Top with some chopped coriander leaf.
