Gochujang Tofu

Gochujang, a traditional Korean red pepper paste has a sweet and spicy taste and goes so well with any protein, vegetarian or non vegetarian. Gochujang generally contains red chili powder, fermented soybeans, rice wine, glutinous rice and salt. This tofu dish is easy and so very tasty. Make sure you’ve squeezed all the water out of the tofu. I usually place a towel on the tofu for about an hour so that all the water gets completely soaked up. @sarchakra
