Plantain Chips

A three ingredient vegan, paleo healthy snack that is ready from start to finish in 20 mins. This tastes best when done fresh @sarchakra

PREP TIME: 5 mins

COOK TIME: 15 mins

YIELDS: Serves 3


  • Plantain 2
  • Oil for greasing
  • Sea salt


  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Take the plantain peel off. Using a mandolin slicer make thin slices of the plantain.
  • Place slices on a gently greased parchment paper on a baking tray. Spray some oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  • Cook in the oven for 15-20 mins. Rotate the trays midway.
