COOK TIME: 15 mins
YIELDS: Serves 3
- Plantain 2
- Oil for greasing
- Sea salt
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Take the plantain peel off. Using a mandolin slicer make thin slices of the plantain.
- Place slices on a gently greased parchment paper on a baking tray. Spray some oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 mins. Rotate the trays midway.
