Do you practice religion?

I practice religion, but I approach it with openness and flexibility. To me, most religions are different paths leading to the same deeper truth. As Ramakrishna said, ‘Joto mot, toto poth’ – as many beliefs, so many paths. Different rivers, same ocean. At their core, religions guide people toward compassion, self-awareness, humility, and connection. No faith is truly meant to promote hatred, bloodshed, or violence. When that happens, it’s often due to human interpretation, ego, power, or politics interfering with spirituality. If someone studies theology and philosophy deeply, they start to see those differences. I believe people should be free to follow what resonates with them, as long as it doesn’t harm others. When we create space for different beliefs without trying to dominate or invalidate each other, we reduce conflict and promote understanding.
