Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

Start with your mind. That’s where the heaviest accumulation lives. If it were possible to sweep out the debris of the day, the unnecessary replaying, the moments that don’t need to be revisited, dissected, or quietly embellished we’d already be living lighter. So much mental clutter comes from repetition, from reliving conversations that are over, outcomes that can’t be changed, stories that grow louder every time we retell them to ourselves. Imagine a mind that doesn’t hoard. A mind that releases. Clean. Clear. Focused. Present. That kind of decluttering doesn’t require throwing anything away. Just choosing not to pick it up again.
